PETG
Copolyester with glycol. The "workhorse" for production parts: tough, chemical resistant, no shrinkage.

Still have a question? Message us on WhatsApp
How heat-resistant is PETG?
The typical HDT at 0.45 MPa is ~70 °C, and the guide recommends avoiding continuous temperatures above ~65 °C.
Is PETG kept in stock?
Yes. PETG is one of the four materials kept in stock (PLA, PETG, ABS and TPU 95A). Production takes 24 h to 96 h, depending on volume and material, and the minimum order is R$ 80, starting at 1 part.
How is PETG printed?
Nozzle at 230–250 °C and bed at 70–80 °C.
When should I avoid PETG?
Continuous temperature above ~65 °C. Needs a perfectly smooth surface (tends to stringing). Requires maximum stiffness — see PETG-CF.
Can I use PETG in contact with food?
It is possible with virgin gray or white PETG, but without certification: Morph3D holds no ISO 13485 or ANVISA registration and assesses case by case. For food contact, the guide asks you to validate the part in your application before series production.
Are the PETG values guaranteed?
No. Real parts vary with orientation, infill, wall thickness and material condition, and the values are not guaranteed or certified. For critical applications (safety, structural load, food contact or medical use), validate the part in your application before series production.
